Tony Knivett is currently involved
in the EEM implementation programme in developing the business plan format
and the EEM performance information specification. He brings experience
of planning, project management and process analysis/design methodology.

Phil Blake is involved in Best
Value & audit work for the Audit Commission. His background is in
finance and organisational analysis particularly in the public and criminal
justice sectors including probation and Probation Boards Association.
He is experienced in project management and process analysis. |

Jane Costa-Ramos
is a languages teacher and translator. She is currently involved in projects
in Europe for the British Council. She is a copy-editor and diversity
advisor to KBA and ensures that the KBA approach and materials uphold
the values of the organisation.

Jim Standen has a background in
Manufacturing and Total Quality systems for 20 years. He joined TQMI in
1992 helping organisations prepare themselves for the European and British
Quality Awards. He was Lead Assessor in 1999 for one of the Award winners.

Howard Lockwood has a background
in executive management and training. He has been at the centre of probation
modernisation, restructuring and What Works. He was one of the original
members of the EEM project in1998 and is currently the EEM consultant
to Wales. |

Is a trainer who specialises in systems,
process analysis project management and information technology.

Is a technology specialist with extensive
commercial experience in software development, project management and
especially information management systems. |
| Dot Tudor |
Is a software designer software &
knowledge management specialist. She has extensive commercial sector and
probation experience and is the author of an industry standard textbook
which evaluates the models for process design & management.

Are both international HR specialists
one in finance the other in aviation both have probation experience

| Rodney Carroll |
Was previously a director
of social services and latterly deputy director of CPC/Probation Boards'
Association. His specialist expertise includes the probation pre and post
qualification training structure, and the full range of board governance
issues. |
