The Probation Boards' Association is the organisation which represents and supports the 42 local Probation Boards in England & Wales. It communicates between and on behalf of boards, encourages good local governance, and undertakes national pay negotiations for the service. It advises boards on industrial relations, resources and employee management and good employee care.
